As of a few minutes ago I was still unable to access the DSP main forum in IE, Firefox, and Chrome so I did a system restore to a date last week and can now access it with no problem.

I'm getting the redirects to porn in IE again, works fine though in Firefox.

Got blocked by Norton entirely today on my parents' computer; said it was a 'known unsafe site'.

Well, we might have a better site admin.

Although a lot of people got hit by this - there was some sort of hack on Wordpress blogs (aka the old blog.digitalsportspage.com, which was taken down a while ago). Some remnant of that site remained, however, and the hack took advantage of that flaw to inject a sql code into LOTS of webpages on Dreamhost. So it took a little while, but it's been fixed. I've also completely and totally destroyed the old DSP blog. This shouldn't happen again, especially as I make sure that the forum software is up to date and solid.

Sorry for the downtime - and if anyone was hit with something bad from this, please let me know. (Or if you enjoyed your porn redirects, you're welcome?)

I'm still getting some weird issues. The last was one of those fake 'your computer is infected' pages.

Fixed - trying to figure out what's being exploited this time.

The good thing is that I can fix this quickly when it happens. However, when using Chrome, the redirect doesn't work. Also, I'm not on the forums all the time. So, if this happens, please PM me right away - I'll get to it as soon as possible.

Minor downtime as I made a few updates that should/might help shore things up.

Now I seem to be getting emails telling me that a thread I've subscribed to has a fresh message, but I'm not subscribing to any threads as far as I can tell. At first I thought I had accidentally hit the subscribe link with my fat thumbs on my iPad or iPhone, but I keep getting more emails for different threads and I had already hit the 'unsubscribe' link in the email on the other ones.

We will see if it continues.

No, it does not appear so. I haven't received one of those emails since Thursday. So odd.
