For those that will partake in the Toys R Us "Buy 2 get 1 free" sale this year,
what will you be getting?

I know I want NHL11 and NBA2K11, but I can't decide on the 3rd?

What's everyone else getting?

I was planning on going with NBA2k11, NHL and Red Dead Redemption, but based on recent impressions in the NHL thread, I think I'm going to go with FIFA in place of NHL. Anybody know if accessories such as the Move are included in the deal?

Fallout New Vegas

if they don't f#ck up the camera. Fallout 3 is/was perfect. Hopefully they keep the 3rd person perspective as is with the option to zoom in.

Except it's a YMMV as some TRU are wise to this and won't take back games. May want to check with the store first.

Exactly how can a store refuse an unopened game?

At worst say you want 3 separate gift receipts for each items as they are presents.

Some CAG'ers were having trouble swapping games that were part of a B2G1 deal. Some managers started to refuse certain CAG'ers so that's why I said it's one of those YMMV. Your particular TRU might be cool with it.

I just bring in the gift receipts and say I got it as a gift. Then if it came up free, I say oh, my son got it as a gift and I think it is too violent for him or he already has it. Play the pity card. I might even say, I can't afford to purchase my kid games anymore as I am unemployed if the manager is really mean. Then if he will not let me exchange it, I would call the regional manager. I am a pain in the butt!!

This is a tough one for me this year. Even though I've held off on a lot new games this year, I can't seem to be able to think of 3 I really want. The new NFS isn't our until November, Arkham City is delayed for who klnows how long, and the new Smackdown (which I will only even think about buying if it's part of sale like this) isn't our for weeks yet.

I've had my eye on Modnation Racers. Now it's $40, which would be an added bonus as part of this deal. But with the recent $6 purchase of a Ski-Doo racing game & the near arrival of NFS, I'm not sure if I need another racer.

I'll have to check out Dead Rising 2. I have my fill of sports games right now, so something like that may do the trick. Heck, even my son hasn't mentioned any games he wants right now. Usually I can come up with 3 just for him.

If anybody's been on the fence with the Move, the TRU deal does apply -- I just grabbed the Move and an extra Move controller and got one free. Incidentally, TRU seemed to be the only retailer around with extra Move controllers in stock -- Best Buy, Target and Gamestop were all out. The sale ended up working out perfectly for me this year -- gotta love that.

Not much discussion going on. Guess a lot of people are passing on this. I decided to pass as well. Feels too early, and I know ther will be more deals (and more new games) as we get closer to Christmas.
