Anyone else still want to play this game? I'd be up for either co-op or vs, but I'm curious to see what the patch does to vs. I don't like the idea of set spots for the Tank or the Witch, but I'll reserve judgement until I've put it through its paces.

10:30p edt would be the time to start. I may try to get going at 10 if anyone else is ready.

I'm amazed at how good this game is each and every time I fire it up.

Between getting our faces pounded as survivors, then doing the same to the other team, playing as a tank (first time for me there!), and the overall teamwork required, it's an incredible online experience.

I thought the matches were very good last night. Every one of them seemed to be close. Some of the sequences where the infected would all spring at once were very well organized. One guy would get pounced, I'd get choked, and the remaining two were left scrambling around when a boomer vomited on them. It's pretty impressive and tense when you play against (or with) guys who work together.

I'm still too much of a lone wolf some times, but I'm working on it. I generally try to spawn too soon and just try to pounce and surprise them, but I only get one or two hits in usually as a hunter. As a boomer, I'm pretty lethal, but I have to learn patience as the infected to maximize the damage.

Last night was fun, as you get more experienced players the matches seem to get a lot better. Zep and I were at a disadvantage when you left, trying to coordinate any kind of attack as infected with 2 people is just hard. 3 seems to be the magic number if you want a decent vs match.

I can't wait for the patch, I also have the PC version and they are allowing you to play home brew campaigns made with the sdk. I still prefer this game on Live actually but unless they release some new campaigns down the road the PC version is going to have a ton more content.

Although it felt good last night to pound mix out of the Vehicle at the end, a small victory even though the battle was lost.
