It all depends. If he still behaves like a spoiled brat he'll be more of a distraction than his predecessor. A hit and miss really.

They really need another striker and he's a ridiculous bargain. They've paid less for Balotelli and Sturridge than the Ev paid for Lukaku, for instance.

There's a non-zero percent chance that he goes off the reservation and disrupts things, but I'm willing to give BR and the staff the benefit of the doubt after keeping Suarez in line last year. He's still very young and an elite-level talent.

I think it's a good buy.

Not a United fan but the ref and linesman doing that game are terrible.

They get them from ea?

What, H. Webb is back? Mata, Valencia and Jones were much better this week. If Di Maria is confirmed, it would be a huge boost for them but what they need now is to be tighter in the blue line.

I think its a good bit of business too. Hopefully hes focused like he was when he first got to City. Seems Rogers likes a challenge doesnt it? Could back fire for sure but well worth a gamble at that price.
The only concern is the distraction for a team first mentality team like Rogers runs, at least with Suarez no one worked harder than him on the pitch you dont get that with Mario.

Fingers crossed :D

Tough group E, it doesn't get easy either for Arsenal @D and Barca in group F.

V. Kompany got stoked while Manu still can't buy a win. There were moments of brilliance from Di Maria but he still needs more match fitness.

Sloppy defending made an entertaining affair between Newcastle and Palace who continue to play hard equalizing in ET.

I love the Sterling. Though I think he tired himself out there towards to the end or he would have had the goal of the week for his second goal of the game.

Good thing was that Moreno did get it. Hell of a run and finish. You go boy!

The new guy looked good. Could have easily had three in the first half.

I enjoyed. 8)

Germany-Argentina part deux playing in Dusseldorf. Highly entertaining game, Messi injured is not playing but the duo Di Maria (oh how much you were missed in the finals) Lamela is creating dangerous chances for the good guys. Aguero is also a different player so far with the only goal.

Good game with both teams creating good chances. The era of Tata Martino has begun.

Boy Di Maria was money against the Germans today. A hat trick of assistance one of which resulted in a beautiful goal by E. Pamela and a golazo by himself when the game was already out of reach. Real will certainly miss his skills and United fans will rejoice very soon.

A nice win against the world champs but I can't help to think what a difference with number 7 in the finals would have been. Yeah, the loss in Brazil still hurts.

Sure it's an international friendly, putting it somewhere between intra-squad game and training room FIFA14 match on the relevance scale, but this is pretty:

Which leads to the obvious question: Is it possible to embed a Vine in the forum?

The Conti era has begun for the Azurri and in a nice way beating the Dutch team 2-0. Spain continues to struggle as they lost to France in a nice set up goal converted by Remy.

Don't think he was 100%. Still once in, he couldn't past that wall that's Villa in this early season, not him, not Balo, not anyone wearing red. They defended very well, it wasn't pretty but they got the result they wanted.

A much better game was much earlier on between Arsenal and City. A beautiful strike by Sanchez looked like the potential winner but Martin Demichelis came thru for the Blues late in the game avoiding a second loss in a row.
