Massive intra squad fun boys. Yeah, even listening the constant bickering between a Greek and another bloke. Betwwen the wee hours of this morning and Friday night, I think I have spent more time with you guys than the wife. I am expecting the look later on.

BTW, happy Mother's Day everyone.

Sorry I missed last nights festivities. Had fun on Friday. Had to bail a little earlier than I wanted...was too sleepy to stay on. Looking forward to the next night of competition.

Those intra squad games were very fun and competitive. Since we were shut out in all 6 of last nights club games, all of this weeks highlights are from Friday nights games.

We found a team we could score against.

Naples was simply awesome friday night. Throw in some Seven with the Vader and that was pretty bad ass. Last night not so much.

Sometimes I do feel bad about being the worst player out there but then I get over it. :P

I'll be on after Penguins/Senators game, which should be around 10:30 eastern if there is no overtime.

I haven't been saving highlights from our intrasquad games but since this was a classic I had to, a 5 minute major and game misconduct for Guy Laduuche for boarding GameSeven in the first period, funny thing was Seven got right back up like nothing happened.

I'm bummed I missed it last night. I love the intrasquad games! But I dozed off on the couch pretty early last night and woke up at midnight and just went to bed.

I hope I can keep myself awake tonight and I hope we can get enough guys for intrasquad play again.

By the way, Web told me during game 7 of our playoff series that the only reason he hasn't joined us is that he hasn't gone through the initial setup process, which is understandable because it does take some time and is a bit of a slog. But I was happy to hear that t's not because he hates OTP! He did say he's been wary about getting blown out repeatedly by ranked up dudes with their trick shots and dangling in circles around us. I'm sure we'd all agree that's no fun for anyone. I think I convinced him about how much better this years version is, and how by whatever means (better matchmaking, nerfing the trick goals or nerfing the dangling), they did a great job of eliminating those blowouts. Yes they still happen once in a while, but they are far, far fewer than ever in past versions, and many times we've played against teams with much higher leveled players, and we've held our own and had competitive games far more often than not. Not to mention, intrasquad games where we contribute to our leveling up are awesome!

I'm still pissed about that call. There's been many a times I've been checked way harder than that. That was just pure bull and I found that once Guy LaDuuche had been given a game misconduct and shown the door, I was trying to check everyone hard as I can and see if I could draw the same penalty, but I had no such luck. But once I received a penalty, I yelled, "Hey Tepper, I drew a penalty, you're on your own!" I hated that he had to play with 4 robos for 2 mins, but Teppers a trooper.

We had some great intersquad games last night, great fun and can't wait till the Kings-Sharks finish tonight.

Although last night got really bad at the end with the ea bs not allowing us to go out with a win, we did have a few good games over the last two nights.

Argh, not only is having a baby making it hard to play some Dragon hockey, now my Xbox wireless adapter crapped out so I probably won't have any online access until I finish putting the basement together and find out if I ran my Cat 6 wires correctly.......

Hopefully sometime this week I can get this all finished up!

Sorry guys, don't know what happened, game froze up in that last scrimmage match and then couldn't connect to the ea servers, tried for a half hour by rebooting router a couple of times and still couldn't connect to ea servers in Madden or NHL, hopefully Saturday night.

Not a lot of goals from this weekend but it was nice to go out on a win after some frustrating games.
