Just giving everyone the heads up that I'll be on vacation (Hawaii here I come baby!) from August 2nd -----> August 15th. Yes Madden comes out on Aug 12th but I promise I'll still be playing NCAA with y'all:)

Oh and if 13 days is just too long to wait I totally understand and you guys can either drop me or sim my games if that is possible.

I advanced the week last night.

I'm not going to drop anyone unless they want to or I start to see a lot of unexplained restarts. We'll just sim your games, we're on a 7 day window. I flipped the games yesterday so now we have until next weds. etc.

A lot of people signed up because of the relaxed pace I am not looking to alter that.

Woo hoo I just beat #16 Auburn at home, I whooped them actually. 2 fumbled kick returns from them and 3 int's led to a big win.

My main main Anthony Dixon was a work horse again rushing 30+ times for 116 yards and 5 TD's which is a new school record. My senior LE Bailey got his 4th sack of the season as well.

I'll do a blog write up and vids tomorrow.

Any chance we can speed up the advancement of weeks? I'm involved in another dynasty with 12 teams, similar format with 2 owners per conference, and we're knocking out 2-3 "weeks" in the game each calendar week. Not sure if everyone that signed up can do that kind of pace, but 1 game per week is going to mean not being to play a ton of seasons.

I'll advance as soon as everyone is done with their weekly games, the limit is a week though. I'd love to do it faster but that is what several people signed up for as a commitment.

I did my recruiting today and had a bye so I'm ready to go. I did notice that Jon Diehl and I are going to have a few recruiting battles on our hands with Kansas and Kansas State going head to head for a few guys.

Played my game and wrote a recap.

Going into week 4 the only teams ranked were.

Kansas #15 - JD
MSU #23 - Me

I expect my run to end next week as I face LSU.

After two gimmes and a bye, I'm excited about playing a real opponent in week 4. I believe I have Louisville. Should be an interesting matchup. Hopefully I won't get anyone else hurt.

I'll log in tonight and see where we are at, hopefully I can flip the week.

Next Wed - Sunday I will be at GenCon in Indy so if we don't get the week flipped once or twice before I leave Wed at 10am CT then not much is going to happen while I am gone.

I played my week five game yesterday and noticed that there were still a couple left who needed to play. When are we advancing the week? Are we going to get through a season on this? I've been playing a lot of Madden and Head Coach but had a lot of fun with the NCAA game and am loving the recruiting.

No I plan to continue it, if people want to drop then I just remove them, smaller number the better. I was away at GenCon and just returned. I'll advance it on Thursday night say 11 CT to give people (myself included) a chance to catch up.

I still want in but with the thrill of the Madden/Head Coach package combined with everything else going on I haven't had a chance to play my game. I'll try and at least supersim my game tonight so you can move on. Sorry about that.

No reason to be sorry I fully intended to play my game last night and decided to punch my BSG board game and play Head Coach.

I want to keep this going because I think once the 2nd patch hits this is going to be one fun game.

Regardless I'll flip tomorrow night at 11pm CT

Adjusted sliders post patch, it's a whole new game post patch that's for sure.

Wow, you can say that again. I struggled against freaking Iowa State, took a late comeback with two scores in the last few minutes to pull it out 35-31.
