The DVR is all set! I don't watch a lot of reality TV but I am hooked on Survivor and now Amazing Race (thanks to fshguy).

Spooky,

Are you a DishNetwork guy? I just ordered a 921 at the reduced price. It will be here on Thursday. It will be replacing my 6000 and 501. I am giving these to my dad and brother. Hopefully, my excitement will be justified.

No. Actually I have local Comcast cable. They just started offereing a Motorola dual tuner DVR that records HiDef for only $10 a month. So far it works pretty good.

As long as you keep a program you like on "season pass", it'll record the new season whenever that may be.

Damn, you lucky bastard. I've called 4 times already and they never have a dual tuner in stock. The demand is way higher than the supply. They won't even do a waiting list here because they estimate that the demand is 50,000 units.
