Band Hero

I was looking to get RB2 (PS3) today and I noticed it's back to $150 everywhere, even Amazon hicked the prize. I noticed that Band Hero is $150 too @Amazon. I don't have any of the Hero/RB games so I'm looking to buy a game with the full band kit.

Has anyone tried BH?

Band Hero has some decent music, but it is definitely a more pop oriented game. Definitely worth playing, but Rock Band 2 still has better music and the DLC is way better than any of the Hero games. If you can get them for the same price, I would go with Rock Band 2.

I actually have played RB 2 and my girl and I didn't exactly love the whole list.

We may be in the minority but we do like a lot of the songs in BH.

How 'bout instruments?

Are RB instruments still the favs?
