Your buddy Common Sense has taken over SR. Great news eh? BTW, I think you and SG are behind him somehow...not sure how it all plays out but there´s something missing here.

 I can tell you straight up that I have nothing to do with it because I didn´t know anything about it until you posted here.
 
 Frankly, I don´t care what happens to SR. I left the site for good, despite what some may think. I care about many of the guys over there -- except for Commonresinriddlesense and Superior Man -- and stay in touch with them either via e-mail, in here or on Xbox Live.
 
 But Commonriddleresinsense can do whatever the f*ck he wants with SR. He can ruin it or elevate it to the Sistine Chapel of sports gaming sites.

I just want to know what the hell is going on over at SR. I simply find it hard to believe that Commonresinriddlesense is now in charge, but if he is then it is truly sad. SR has become a big joke over the past 6 months with all this nonsense. It´s a sports gaming website not a WWE wannabe website. Is it too much to ask for a website that has good content and a hoppin forum where you are free to voice your unedited opinion about a game? I like the forums here but I check it 10 times a day and there´s hardly anything going on. The thing that really sucks is the fact that over the past few years I feel like many of the regulars (past and present) at SR are like friends and it just feels like I´m losing something meaningful.

I lurk at SR,I admit it. Hell I posted a few times there in the last day. BK and DB were on a roll! As well as BDT. Very funny stuff!
 
 I used to really care about SR,I know I need to get a life! But SR was a cool little cyber neighborhood.
 
 Now its like a crap tabloid paper. You kinda scope it out while your waiting in line,but you never buy it. If Commonriddleresinsense is running things there now then its really in the toilet.
 
 I feel like PK,I keep in touch with my friends from SR,but I really enjoy the flavor that DS has going on. That my take on it anyhow. Keep giving CS hell guys,its funny stuff. <IMG SRC="images/forum/icons/icon_biggrin.gif">

 Sorry about your dismay about SR. As for 90 percent of the people over there, they´re cool. As for the site, it´s unfiltered garbage where you have to sift through way too much clutter and static to find any meaningful gaming information.
 
 You´re always welcome to post here. Yeah, the quantity of posts is low, but we like to think the quality is decent. At least we talk about games and sports over here, sort of like the "golden age" of SR.

 The quality here is great, I don´t want to give the wrong impression about that. If the quantity of posts were to reach the quantity of SR´s boards I don´t think I would even notice that SR was turning to crap.  As far as Poker Night next Monday, I hope my Xbox is back to me in time. If not, I´ll be back as soon as I get it.

 Is there any way Matt could start posting here? He would attract even more people. We could reenergize SR here. I mean Siam,HipeE, Bdt, Bkrich, Jackdog, DB,Cinci post here. Plus we have the guy who is known as the kind of SR for a few years: Pk. We could mix it with Jared and Randy and this site could be a blast. Am I the only one thinking this?

 Well, I was resisting joining yet another forum and becoming less productive, but the three-ring over at SR has made it hard to talk about actual sports gaming for now. So I thought I´d join you guys in a more peaceful neck of the Internet woods.
 
 It is truly nuts if Common is moderating SR. It´s equally nuts if Matt is behind all this. Either way, I hope to jaw it up here at DS with you guys. I need to get back in the Poker Night swing of getting shot by Spooky.
