OT: Damon´s off to boot camp!

My brother has shocked the shi* out of me. He joined the Marines 2 weeks ago and left for basic yesterday. WOW!
 
 You gotta know my bro to understand my surprise. I cant wait to hear about his antics ,I will keep you all that have an intrest posted.

 Thats what I am worried about. No doubt its the best thing for him,and he is in great physical shape. Its his mental state that has me worried.
 He seems committed, so for Damon thats a very rare and good thing. I hope he does well. I am gonna miss him thats for sure.
 
 I am doing great brother,leg is healing fine. I should be trying my new foot in about 2 weeks. I have been home since Wed. It was great to get Carol alone!

 No offense to Damon, but Riddick Bowe tried Parris Island for a day or so too <IMG SRC="images/forum/icons/icon_smile.gif"> Seriously though, anyone who joins the military has my utmost respect, so best of luck to any drill instructor who runs across him.
