I found it online also. There's nothing in the fine print about no photocopies or reproductions on the version I have. The clerk looked it over pretty closely and read all of the fine print and it was accepted with no problems.

I purchased mine Saturday at Circuit City, which seems to be one of the few major chains that had them early. I have the 360 HD-DVD drive and, while I haven't timed it with a stop watch, it starts playing content pretty much right away - it certainly doesn't take minutes.

As to the PS3, Dean Takahashi posted his thoughts on all three consoles here:

Looks like the 360 shortages are over. I saw five at Walmart this morning then later at Costco, they must have had at least 30 of their bundled systems. I haven't seen that many in one place since launch day.

With some very minor tweaking, I've found it possible to consistently run in the 37's at Indy. I reduce downforce to 75% front and rear and just tweak sixth gear to avoid hitting the rev limiter. This produces qualifying times in the 37.8 range and laps with a tow in the 37.5 range. Racing on hard ...
