RIP Leonard Nimoy

Post by Danimal »

I've never started one of these threads before but Spock was part of my youthful life and I'm a little sad today.

LLAP you'll be missed.

Saw a nice article that memorialized his final tweet from Sunday:
@TheRealNimoy wrote:A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP
Beautiful sentiment from a TV icon.

Him and his wife are members of my family's Temple and I carpooled with his step-son from elementary to hebrew school every Wednesday during 5th and 6th grade. Very nice people. They have always been very generous philanthropists. A very good person has been lost.

Thanks for sharing that.

I was a big (HUGE) fan of Spock and the old Star Trek series as a kid and their movies as I got older. Enjoyed his work in In Search Of.
