I think Don Roberts the 2B for Charleston is the guy most likely on the McGwire juice. His year over year comparisons are very Brady Anderson ish.

The one thing that makes OOTP superior, IMO, is the fact that there's no real "curve". Players have spikes every now and then, whether positive or negative.

Kichida has a .399 ISO. Unheard of. No one else has higher than .319.
