St. Charles Gets:

LF William Clayton
SP Jim Boyce (AAA)
$3million cash

Hagerstown Gets:

SP Paul Tyler

It's a bit less than I wanted, but Clayton is a decent outfielder, and the $3million will certainly help. And I've been trying to move Tyler for quite some time without anything actually coming of it.

Hagerstown in win now mode

Post by Breadman-HagerstownGoldSx »

We missed out on the McBride/You trade by not acting fast enough so we are pleased to get Tyler in the rotation. He will be a nice addition for this year and next if he decides to resign with the club. We are sorry to see Clayton go but we want to win it all this year and sometimes you have to go for it.

Dear God... Tyler's control... his CONTROL.... 37 years old, tho. With his ratings, I expect he can pitch til 40 or so.
