Hey guys -
 
 I attended the Knoxville Nationals final night last weekend and caught the virtual Knoxville Nationals using the PS2 game in between the A and B Features.
 
 They had 883 people take qualifing laps on Wednesday and Thursday, then had the top 50 come back and take another lap on Friday, with the top two competing live on Saturday night.
 
 They raced a feature event with both of them starting in the back and whoever advanced the farthest through the field won $500 and the other got $250. Both guys were actually right from Knoxville.
 
 SPEED is replaying the last night on October 24th. Maybe they´ll show the two in action.

 It was cool - you´ll have to make it up sometime if you enjoy the sprint cars. I´ve been able to make it to the last 12! <IMG SRC="images/forum/icons/icon_smile.gif">
 
 As they do the four abreast pace laps before the feature they have "welcome to the jungle" and "rock me all night" blaring as loud as they can through the speakers system. All 23,000 people stand for the entire feature.
