I'd rather it follow more of a football rpg type line than a Gameday meets GTA theme. The football construction kit-type games we talked about after the initial EA/NFL announcement could have some legs, but this over the top mix is leaving its football roots and attempting to create a new game that just happens to have a football engine in it as well.

MLB was produced by Sony this year and surprised everyone. Hopefully their football series takes a page outta the baseball games book.FatPitcher wrote:Games that try to offer 35 different types of gameplay usually don't do any of them well.
Edit: And football games done by Sony usually don't do football well.
