Just curious...my next game is against Denver. He's only played 2 of his 5 games up to this point. I know seanmac is a regular poster here, but apparently there's some problem getting him to play his games. I am committed to playing my games so I think it would be a shame to lose a game as a result of a coin flip even though I was ready to play.

Have you talked to him at all and are you considering replacing him?
Last week wasnt Sean's fault. If you have trouble setting up a game this week, then I'll look into it.

Edit: and BG I only flip the coin when I know that both sides are trying to set up the game. If Seanmac doesnt touch base with you and you're trying to get the game set up when there is no coin flip. I award the guy who is trying to get the game played the W.
Well I am starting tonight trying to set it up. I will send him a PM through the league site and I will send him an e-mail.

Thanks for trading Boston to laurenskye, you f----- :D Lit me up for 178 yards yesterday. Double coverage, triple coverage, didn't matter.

JK, DB, looked like a good trade for both of you.

Bill,
Just so you will know, I've sent seanmac 2 e-mails, a PM here and at the league site, and replied to one of his posts in another thread, but he hasn't responded to any of my efforts. He has posted here several times this week and as recent as a few hours ago.

Doing my part.

I'll take Denver... I like Jake the Snake. What do I have to do next? Badgun, if I can get on board quickly, I'd be available to play tonight.

I'm going to have to drop from the league. Tonight I was so pissed off that mine and 34's game got disconnected. I decied to play Halo 2 (where I can play 16 player matches with no Lag, SEGA take note) anyway I whizzed my ESPN disc across the room because I was pissed and it snapped in half.

I'm not kidding, true story.

I really have no desire to drop $20 to buy this game again.

I hope to God I don't have these problems in College Hoops.

Bill - Actually Last nights game was fun, even though I was losing again.

Sudz - I was 0 - 4 and still playing. Why would I make this up? I mean christ man, my wife is due anyday if I needed an excuse that was a good one and I would not have gotten any s*** for that.

I think you would know that she's pregnant for around 9 months...if so, you shouldn't have started something you couldn't finish.

Quitter.

Um it was a joke, I though your consistent ribbing of me quiting the league was also a joke it is apparent to me now it was not.

You standard MO is to reply to poster with the sole intent of taking shots at them. I thought that the behavior you exhibit was in good fun, it is quite clear now that it isn't.

Anyone who acts in the manner you do on a consistent basis has lost any credability to tell someone else to grow up.

But as sure as the sun will shine tomorrow I am sure you will continue this little flame that you created, I mean it is what you do.

It's not about a 'flame', it's about quitting something you've committed to.

I hate quitters, regardless of why. And no, I'm not kidding about that.

Last I checked there was nothing really riding on this league. We all want owners who are cheese-free and willing to stick it out, but nothing is perfect. If someone wants to quit, for ANY reason, so be it. Damn!

Danimal's wife's impending delivery is so much more than reason enough to quit that it's not even worth debating. Of course he knew the league would run through her pregnancy, that's no reason to come down on him for bailing out now. There are only an infinite number of things that are more important than this league. If he's quitting because of the lag, or any other reason, big deal!

If someone finds him so lacking in character then they should be glad to have him out of the league anyway.

Bill, let me know how the hunt for a new owner goes. If we're still short at the end of the day, I may have a candidate.
