Looking forward to hearing an answer as to why this is the only 989 game that is not online. . . .

It's not online. And they kind of dodged the "Why" part of the question for this one.

It's not made by 989, it's made by Sony Europe. Maybe 989 ports it over I don't know. Sony Europe makes this if football and that's this game only named differently.
