Sunday is Race Day. Wonder how all of us will do.

After 6 races, sf_z is kicking butt in the DSP IRL Fantasy League.

My dream team has not worked out as I hoped (current avg. finish through 6 races)

Sam Hornish Jr 13.0
Scott Dixon 9.0
Tomas Scheckter 15.1
Dan Wheldon 3.6
Mark Taylor 18.6

At the beginning of the season, who would have thought that Hornish and Scheckter would have average finishes outside the top 10 and Dixon would be yet to score a win. At least Wheldon is working out for me. I will stick with Wheldon, Dixon and Hornish, but Sheckter and Taylor are going to get their walking papers today (well Taylor already did in real life too).

I had wondered if anybody was still watching this. That's me in second place. I'd be right up there with sf_z if I hadn't missed the first race.

My team was a pretty simple selection:

AGR + Matsuura

Dario Franchitti 11.6
Tony Kanaan 3.4
Dan Wheldon 3.6
Bryan Herta 9.3
Kosuke Matsuura 12.1

I didn't mean for it to come off that your lead was in any kind of trouble.

If anything, I was more amazed that my team had done so well since I didn't really know much about the IRL going in to this. I just picked AGR and needed a 5th and Matsuura was cheap and actually ended up doing decent so far this season. I'm more used to taking my lumps with the team I support. Just look at my avatar.

True dat Arni... sf_z has our fantasy league all wrapped up, but the fight for 2nd between mix and I is really close. Although technically he missed the first race of the season, so he started with a handicap.
