Where can I get HH2004 cheap?

Post by matthewk »

With football winding down, I´ve skipped right over basketball and moved on to baseball. Yes, the itch has hit early.

I have WSB2k3, but after so many games of it I´m looking for a fresh experience. I´ve been away from High Heat long enough that my plan is to find HH2004 (xbox) cheap as a way of tiding me over until the new releases come out in March/April.

So with that, does anyone know of any stores selling this game really cheap?

I have also contemplated MVP, since I saw it at Wal-mart for $20. Never played it yet, but I´ve heard some good things.

Matt....if u want a "fresh" experience, I would try out MVP ahead of HH04. HH is more of the "same old, same old" High Heat, while MVP is much more fun and innovative. At $19.99, it´s a steal!
I´ve seen HH04 used copies for cheap at my local EB Games.

Not to pimp...but I have HH 04 (or whatever the latest is called) for the Xbox. I be willing to part with it.

Does MVP feel like a "complete" game? My biggest problem with first year titles is that they tend to be missing a lot of the depth and details that longer running series have.

My local EB had HH2004 for $30 Used. That´s too much.
Heck of a lot depth is missing in my opinion. Just read all that has been added in terms of gameplay this year compared to last. Last year, you had no control over diving or jumping, the variety of hits were horrendous, the ability to strike the AI out was borderline extreme, and the time it took for the fielder to tag the baserunner was absolutely atrocious. That said, this year they seem to have fixed all these glaring problems. If you´re looking at last year´s baseball titles, I´d definitely look no further than HH2004, or even ASB ´04.

Ya SportDan is spot on.

It´s fun game but nothing that will make you want to play the game over and over again. It´s a fun diversion for a while but doesn´t get baseball right. Or atleast is right as HH.
Matt:
If you are intersted in buying HH 04, pretty cheap for the Xbox, send me an email. johnmrod@NOSPAMhotmail.com just remove the NOSPAM.
