Boys:

Just a reminder: The Rally of Australia -- the second-to-last event on the WRC calendar this season -- will be on Speed Channel this weekend.

Same-day coverage usually starts at 11 p.m. (EST) Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Check your local listings.

I figured it was time for me to start pimping the WRC at DSP as I always used to do at Sports Reviewers. The WRC is the second-best racing series in the world -- behind the IRL, of course.

Enjoy the show.

Take care,
PK

I´ll tune this in and check it out PK. I´ve yet to really get a taste of rally racing and I´m now curious to find out what it´s all about. I haven´t spent much time driving rally simulators either. Of course, this is a guy who didn´t embrace racing perion until I tasted GPL on a C-566 and Voodoo 2 graphics card. Then came NASCAR 4 and I had to turn over a new leaf on NASCAR racing... something I´d frowned upon earlier. It´s only natural that rally racing takes is spot!
I think you´ll enjoy it. Rally Australia is one of the better rounds of the championship. Gravel, pretty fast in some parts, nice scenery.

Enjoy!

PK,

Thanks for the reminder. I haven´t watched a lot of Rally racing, but I´ve loved it when I have. My wife watches with me and is just amazed at what these drivers can do.

Nicky Grist, Colin McRae´s former co-driver, is serving as an analyst for the Speed Channel coverage of this race.
