It´s already out on PS2 and PC in Europe. There are a number of games companies in the UK who will ship to the US - try Gameplay or Game.

James, I think there was a post a couple weeks back that had some import places.

PES3... where to get?
Gogamer.com. I ordered it last Friday night and I had it by Monday afternoon with the fedex delivery. It believe it was also $39.95. I am not regretting this purchase at all.
