Yeah, the new music games and instruments are coming out soon, and yeah, Band Hero itself is nothing special, but the $60 price is pretty sweet if you want another set of Drums, Mic and Guitar.
I'd been down to one working guitar for a while now, and now I have another mic for harmonies and such, and a GH drum set (which I never had, owning the Rock Band one).
I know the genre is in decline and lots of folks have moved on, but I thought this was a really good deal; a whole band set and software for the regular price of a single new game.
