SEMINOLE and I got our game in tonight as well. The Vikings and Browns had to restart after our first attempt at playing ended in a disconnect after the first quarter with the Vikings leading 14-7.
The second time around, things didn't go very well for the Browns. They were able to contain the Vikings offense in the first half, limiting Minnesota to two field goals before the two minute warning. With one minute to go in the half, facing 4th and 1 on the Minnesota 45 yard line, Cleveland decided to go for it. They didn't make it and things went downhill big-time after that.
Favre ended up with over 200 yards passing and 2 TDs. The Vikings sacked Quinn 5 times and ended up winning 26-0.

The sing-along songs'll be our scriptures.

Fortunately I was able to rejoin.
The quit feature is horribly implemented, but I should have caught the warning. The last time I was in and exited, I was very tired and didnt read the warning - I honestly thought I was simply going back to the main menu screen.
Mark1177, let's try to get together Friday night.

The Bears outlasted the defending champion Steelers in a game that featured turnovers and big plays early, and a second half of smash mouth defensive football.
The mercurial Devin Hester fumbled the opening kick off deep in Bears territory. The Steelers looked set to pounce immediately as they went straight to the air only to have the Bears D.J. Moore leap in front of Hines Ward in the end zone. Moore snatched the ball away from the Pro Bowl WR and raced 100 yards for a TD!
Chicago's newly acquired WR Joe Walsh made an immediate impact with his new team. Jay Cutler found him across the middle on Chicago's first possession for a 14-yd TD.

The Steelers answered with Roethlisbergers hitting Santonio Holmes for a 17-yd strike in the second quarter. But Walsh's dream debut continued on the very next possession, as Cutler found him streaking down the sideline for a 57-yd bomb. The teams exchanged FG's just before half.
The second half was a much more tightly-played affair. Nobody could find a point in the 3rd quarter. Robbie Gould hit his second 50-yd FG to open the scoring in the final frame, but the Bears couldn't shake the champs. Big Ben lofted a deep ball to Santonio Holmes, who scored his second TD of the game...a 77yd monster! The Steelers could close no further, however.
The teams finished in a near statistical dead heat. Jay Cutler continued to have trouble with INT's, but he did post a more efficient QB rating and rang up two TD's. Neither team ran the ball effectively. Willie Parker has a nice 50+yd run, but other than that both he and Forte were bottled up.
Great game, Vader. Those unlucky early turnovers were really the difference. Good luck down the road.
