RIP: Hammerin Hank
Growing up in the 70's, watching Hank Aaron trying to eclipse the Bambino's HR record was a Braves telecast in NYC. One of the giants of Baseball was lost today.

Re: RIP: Hammerin Hank
I idolized Hammerin' Hank when I was a kid and adored baseball.
Aaron truly is one of the most influential and classy athletes of all time. The numbers he produced were insane, but even greater was his contribution to the integration of the game. Only Jackie Robinson probably had more influence in that effort.
The world -- not just the sports world -- lost a giant today. RIP.

Re: RIP: Hammerin Hank
I was 8 years old watching him break Ruths record. One of those all time sports memories.
The TRUE HR champion at 755. Did it with hard work and dedication.
RIP Hank
