Have no clue if Amazon honors any price they put online but they currently have NCAA 2010 set at $49.99 for the PS3 and 360 for preorder.

It says, "if it decreases" and what you pasted in does it mention anything about increases? Anyway for people who use Amazon, it might be worth a shot.

Their terms are if the price drops below $49.99, they'll credit your card with a refund. If the price increases you're locked into the $49.99

I checked the Amazon trade in prices and they were no better than GameStop. Plus you have to pay for packaging but Amazon picks up shipping. Just something to consider.
