It's there:

We will send you a promotional code via email within two days after your qualifying order ships. Offer valid when shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Limit one per household. Amazon reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time. Offer will be extended to all existing pre-orders. Here's how (restrictions apply)
Yeah I pre-ordered it anyway and it showed up in the checkout process. Hopefully I can use my Madden $15 towards NHL 13 and then use my $15 from NHL 13 towards my FIFA 13 preorder. I hope they do one for FIFA 13.
This time I went with FIFA for the 360. I'm not sure what kind of effort EA is going to give FIFA on the Vita this year.

I'm not ordering NHL 13 until I get my $15 Madden credit.
Of course the Steam Summer sale continues to have all sorts of deals, but I thought it worth mentioning a few currently on sale for the next few hours that have had discussion around here before.
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition - $15.99
Best Buy has been ridiculous this week...Need for Speed the Run for $5 now Resistance 3 for $10. Also, they are having a clearance blowout on games starting on 7/22, which looks to feature some pretty good games at rock bottom prices.
Did anyone play NFS: The Run? I played the demo and it was utter tripe. You'd have to pay me $5 to play that.....wait, who am I kidding, if it was on a Steam sale I'd probably buy it and never play it.
Steam (today and for the next few hours):
Splinter Cell Conviction $5
Limbo $2.50
Witcher 2 $16
Max Payne 3 $30
Crusader Kings II $10 (MUST. RESIST. MUST)
Madden 12 would be a good buy for some of you here and my friends nearby who never buy the latest iteration of sports games. I usually give one of my friends my old verison (i.e Madden) when I pick up the new. Won't be purchasing Madden 13, so hope this will entice my friends to buy 12 and we can still do a league. Curious how many here are keeping/buying/rebuying 12?
Rodster wrote:Yes I have NFS The Run and like the game a lot. The main problem with the game is that it's short.
I'm about halfway through The Run mode, and will try some of the other modes once I'm done. Initially I was not too impressed with the game, but once I moved through the first few stages the game started grabbing me a bit more. The various scenery changes are very cool, and I love the snow/ice stages. The soundtrack is excellent. Whoever put the songs together has really good taste in music and it fits the game well. Some of the races so far have been balls to the wall excitement, somewhat giving me a Ronin car chase feel as I dodge incoming cars. On the downside the load times are atrocious IMO and the story is fairly stupid. The game is well worth the $5 I paid for it, and I wouldn't feel cheated if I paid $20. I'm happy I picked it up.
Time for me to clean house, especially if the Madden 13 demo rumored for this week is good. Just learned I can trade NCAA 13, F1 2011 and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and earn $85 in Best Buy credit. SOLID. Will pay for Madden and put a nice down payment on F1 2012 or PES 13.
