MotoGP 07 Demo is out on XBL !
I tried it and it's sooooooooooo much better than MotoGP 06. It runs in 60FPS the graphics are beautiful, the bikes are sick looking. I love the way they handle and it has two functional cockpit views.
There are 18 real world tracks and 17 extreme tracks. The game is slated for an August release, i'm sold.

Is it just me or is this game one of the prettiest games on the 360 so far? Even the loading screen with the track overview is scary real. Not to mention the replays. I recommend switching the cam around between action, tv and heli cams....Unbelievable.
Add all this to the amazing sense of speed and you have a real winner in my opinion. I've never watched a lick of motogp before, but this game is definitely intriguing me quite a bit.

Notice how I said "one of the prettiest games"! Dirt's an amazing looking and playing game as well. One of my favorite "simcade" racers of all time.dbdynsty25 wrote:Guess you haven't played Dirt.fanatic wrote:Is it just me or is this game one of the prettiest games on the 360 so far? MotoGP does a better job of making you feel like you're at an "event" though from what I've seen. With the pre and post game activities you feel like you're actually a racer on the pro circuit. With Dirt, you feel like you are progressing through a Forza like ladder of events, giving you that arcade like experience.
Dirt also needs to work on their replays as well. They need more zoomed out options like MotoGP.

I liked the demo but I'm undecided on whether I'm going to pick it up or not. I will most likely Gamefly it. If it had come out during the lull it would have been a no-brainer. Coming out in the middle of APF 2k8, NCAA 08, Madden 08, NHL 08, NHL 2k8, and of course Shadowrun means it will be hard pressed to find time in the rotation.
I am a patient boy.
I wait, I wait, I wait, I wait.
My time is water down a drain.

The German "fantasy" course had me say "Holy crap!" the first time I saw it. It looked good, really good. Laguna Seca doesn't look as good IMO. But that road course. My goodness.fanatic wrote:Is it just me or is this game one of the prettiest games on the 360 so far? Even the loading screen with the track overview is scary real. Not to mention the replays.
