Tough one to take as a Liverpool fan! Dudek looked poor on both ManU goals, and it´s a shame that the ref missed that call in the ManU penalty area.

OTOH, Liverpool´s play over the last 20 minutes was dazzling. The kids are making Houllier look better ever day despite the club´s record. Harry Kewell´s completely businesslike reaction to his goal was one of the coolest things I´ve seen in awhile. The more I watch him, the more I like him.

And what would a Liverpool game be without at least one big miss by Heskey? LOL

Would like to see that matchup with Owen playing...

Random thoughts on a great match:

Liverpool definitely deserved at least a point.

PK should have been given.

Dudek should have had the second goal.

Roy Keane is playing just about as good as he ever has.

Kewell and Liverpool´s young stars are exciting to watch.

Heskey...what can you can you say about this guy? Seems like he can never come through.

Atmosphere at an EPL rivalry game is about as good as it gets in sports.

Great Match.

I missed Giggsy´s first goal b/c my litttle boy turned offf the Directv box while it was recording. Was it nice?

What is the deal with Sinama and LeTallec? Are they top prospects? They played well.

I have not watched soccer for long but I have never seen Heskey play well.

I agree that that 2nd goal allowed by Dudek was poor.

Murphy and Gerrard really played some nice balls at the end. The youngsters energy woke that whole team up.

The first goal by Giggs was on a cross that curved in and fooled Dudek. He looked bad on that one as well, but the commentators pointed out that the presence of Ruud forced him to stay in place until it was too late. To his credit Giggs readily admitted that it was a cross.

In defense, sort of, of Heskey, he has had some big goals in the early part of the year.
