Nah, you got that all wrong

I just try to play tight defensively, not give up a lot of stupid plays. I figure if somebody has to work every down, and go 12 to 15 plays to get a score, then they´ll eventually screw up.

When they do, I try to capitalize on it. Suddenly, the game is out of reach, and it snowballs from there. Your D looks like it´s better than mine, though, so you know how it is.

Can´t put much stock in 2 weeks anyway.

Any noticeable improvement in connection quality for the games this week?

Connection was great in my 2 games...first was with Cincy on Dial-Up.

No disconnects, was very smooth. Only a couple noticeable hiccups, mostly before/after a play.

Rob,
Yeah, McNabb and his whole receiving core took the day off LOL. Really, I couldn´t do anything. Take a look at the play by play. Absolutely horrible.

Hats off to TCrouch, he coached a great game.

As TCrouch said, the lag was hardly noticeable. Very playable.

Chargers 15
Rams 14

Excellent, if odd, game. The Rams scored on two beautiful big plays, but were otherwise shut down pretty effectively (only 5 first downs).

OTOH, Jason´s defense was incredibly good. Tomlinson was completely held in check with the exception of one 30+ yard run. I moved the ball effectively through the air, but he kept me out of the end zone repeatedly.

This was an incredibly fun game. 5 FG´s is a first for me, I´m sure.

LOL Rob. That´s one game I´d love to be able to watch. wco destroyed me last night. I didn´t even make a first down in all 3 games we played (got disconnected twice). My offense is sad. Good luck guys.

Yeah his defense is unreal. I´m averaging almost 400 yards and 40+ points per game, and he held me to 190 and 21 (7 by kick return). My longest run of the night was 4 yards...yes, FOUR. I threw my first interception of the year (in the red zone), turning the ball over twice in scoring position.

I´ll just count my lucky stars that I somehow got the W, and look to not make so many mistakes in the playoff matchup (of which I´m sure there will be one).

Miami 31 SD 0

A goose-egg courtesy of WCO´s incredible Miami D. This was over in the 1st Quarter. I really think we should just exclude WCO and TC from the playoffs and let them duke it out while the rest of us contest the "Best of the Rest" trophy!

Does that guide include suggestions about how to get David Boston to QUIT DROPPING THE G*%*DAMN BALL!!??

Just wondering

My offensive woes are directly attributable to the completely one-dimensional nature of my game and the team I picked. I swear there wasn´t a hole to be found for LT against the ´fins. I tried inside, outside, motion, draws, screens. Just couldn´t make it happen.
When the Chargers have to rely on Brees´ Magical Arm of Mystery and Chaos, it´s bad news.
