Said it after the second game Mario missed last year. Watt has a motor that is always running and never takes any plays off where Williams was notorious for doing so....dbdynsty25 wrote:Would you be saying that if JJ Watt wasn't playing so ridiculously well? Re: NFL Season 2012-2013
Same old sorry ass Rams.
Almost 300 yds of offense net ya 6 freaking points. Penalties, missed fgs and the lack of pass blocking. How many times are they going to let a guy in untouched? At least wave at the guy and pretend you are blocking.
Jenkins on Miami's TD. WTF was that? Talk about zoning out. It looked like a WoW rogue sapped him during the play.
Work in progress. They get a half assed offensive line and a new attitude they might be a contender for a play off spot NEXT year.
EDIT: Oh yeah its 10-6 at half but the Dolphins are driving early 3rd quarter. Make it 17-6. Lordy lordy .

We can't keep trying to win by kicking FG's. At some point, you have to score TD's.

Not getting penalties and sacks every time you get down into Dolphin territory would be a good start.
Why the need to stop running when they havent come close to stopping the run yet? Gotta love 2010's football.

Re: NFL Season 2012-2013
Coaches panic when they get behind and start passing. Shockingly it's Miami's pass D that is terrible so the first quarter was really a fluke in terms of getting yardage on the ground. As you can see in the second and third Miami started shutting it back down. So the rams are smart to throw really. If you've seen Miami play before you know they give up yards but toughen in the red zone. So this is pretty much vintage dolphins.

I know but they had the lead most of those deep drives and tried passing it in even though they got their mostly on the run.dbdynsty25 wrote:Coaches panic when they get behind and start passing. Anyway. I dont think your rookie is bad. Not bad at all. Give him time. The Rams "rookie" is in his third year and still takes makes rookie mistakes.

Re: NFL Season 2012-2013
Tannehill has been better lately for sure. He has the advantage of running his college offense which Bradford didn't have that luxury. Isn't he on his third offense in as many years? His issue appears to be he gets really flustered when pressured and he holds the ball too long. Tannehill doesn't do either...kid is pretty cool under pressure.
Re: NFL Season 2012-2013
Yes he is. Having his best day.dbdynsty25 wrote: Tannehill doesn't do either...kid is pretty cool under pressure.
Thats the sad part about Sam. Bradford was cooler in his rookie season. Maybe been hit too many times already. Needs to relax and learn the simple things like incompletions trump sacks.

Re: NFL Season 2012-2013
Don't feel bad 34...the dolphins had a guy fumble an entire game away in Arizona in the open field. At least your guy was about to get hit. Brutal fumble.

Re: NFL Season 2012-2013
That is some bad coaching. You don't waste 30 seconds to attempt a 66 yard field goal to tie. Seriously Fischer? I'd be so pissed as a rams fan.
Re: NFL Season 2012-2013
Sam you are an idiot. Throw the ball. Incomplete passes are better than sacks on the other side of the field especially.
Fischer you are an idiot. The thought of a fake punt on 4th and less then one never crossed your mind? There is a reason you will NEVER win a super bowl. For all your motivational we can win abilty, in the end you are a f***in moron.

Rams and Dolphins should be prohibited from playing each other on the basis of uniform incompatibility. That game is ugly, and I'm not just talking about the football. I like both unis, they just look lousy together.
These are the observations that need to be made when the Noon kickoffs are so crappy.

People need to lay off Sam Bradford, what more do you want from him?

I have decided Robert Griffin III is going to become a very good quarterback someday.

And the #1 D in the NFL does it again stopping Brady and the bunch as rookie Wilson fires a beautiful spiral with a minute and change left to come back from behind in a thrilling 24-23 victory. Go Hawks!

Re: NFL Season 2012-2013
Lucky escape for the Bills today in Arizona. Almost must wonder if Feely got too cocky and missed the 38-year FG to win the game at the end of regulation shortly after nailing a 61-yarder with 5 yards to spare to tie it.

Wow the AFC East is a logjam with everyone tied at 3-3. Damn Dan Carpenter, Miami could be 5-1 if he made some field goals!!!!
Still with a bye week next week, it is good to know that heading into November, Miami is still playing meaningful games!
