Alen was pretty spectacular in that 3rd period, too! Just a great game.

I think I heard a stat that under Yeo the Blues were 20-0 when scoring at least three goal until Game 1. Getting a second three goals on Rinne was huge. At this point, they know they can score and come back. Now they need to win Game 3 and take back home ice advantage.

Wow, Oils stole game 2. A bit unlucky for the Ducks really, they carried the play but could not beat Talbot.

Would be nice, we should be going in with much confidence! They stayed out of the box last night, which was HUGE.

As I tweeted last night, Talbot is starting to remind me of Roloson in 2006. #destiny

Another free period coming up in the Nation's Capital. After a tight game 1, both teams had defensive lapses today but Kudos for OTT for coming back after trailing most of the game. Lots of chances for both teams in the first OT.

If you call high stick for the Sens, you gotta call another obvious one for the Rangers.

Game ends in this OT.

He had a fantastic night. I wouldn't blame the loss on Lundqvist though, to be fair both goalies gave up goals due to poor defensive coverage, Sens were brutal with their man advantage giving up two early. This is the game that simply got away for Vigneault's team, and of course Pageau was just vintage tonight taking advantage of every opportunity he had.

Bring on the Caps-Pens game.

It's 3-1 after 40. I don't see how in the world Pens are up by two after being outplayed and outchanced, except one reason. They have the best player in the world. Smart, in control of his surroundings, a beautiful setup to Kessel.

It was also lottery draft day today, and for the second year in a row, Canucks fans got robbed. Ending at 29th in the league, of course everyone was hoping for the top two drafts positions but it's a lottery, I get that. The Devils had a horseshoe up their arse along the Phillies and will be choosing 1 and 2 respectively. Then you have teams that sucked long enough and kept getting #1 picks for 5-6 years, but did not choose wisely over the years except McDavid of course (which was a no brainer).

Even when you suck, you just can't suck enough in Lotus land.

He's an EDM fan now 8) , although they are not doing too well for the moment. Way to silent the crowd after a nice rendition of Oh Canada in a sea of blue and orange jerseys.

A faceoff win in your zone, D to D pass and a long stretch pass to Rakell that caught the Oils D napping for the first goal. Luv those breakaway passes from the D.
