I may be able to pop on for a while, however I am pretty sick with a cold and may end up going to sleep instead. We'll see.

Sorry about not joining the games...every time I would accept an invite it would go to the loading screen and then kick out that "Disconnected from Game" or "Session No Longer Available" message, something that's been plaguing me from day one.

Not sure why I can't join as I've opened up all the ports on my router, my NAT is "Open" and I have full signal strength.

Strange...

Someone in the room has a closed or moderate port. I have the same problem.

I had the same problem as skin last night. Even with open settings, I failed on my first several connection attempts, but just when I was about to quit I got in a game. Kinda strange.

(My message was always 'game no longer exists')

Good fun last night... haven't played much multiplayer, but it's laugh out loud stuff. Every night's a dilemma though between Mario Kart, The Show, and then GTA single or multi. Oh, and you definitely can take people out with cars. I mowed and got mowed down last night. I think macman ran me over then skidded into a gas station that immediately exploded. Chaos.

Cops and Crooks... is the waypoint thingy always available? I felt like it made the mode a little too easy for the crooks.

Yeah, you CAN, but it is not nearly as effective as it should be. (IMO) Usually the guys have to be injured to take them out one hit.

I let my wife read all that, btw. Her quote? "I'm not a screamer!"

Could you imagine the pissed off people (me being one of them) if running someone over were MORE effective? It would be used as a cheap kill tactic, and I, for one, am glad that they didn't allow it to be. There aren't many one shot kills with bullets that go WAY faster than the car, either, except for the shotgun at close range or a sniper bullet to the head. I hope people don't complain about this enough to get them to change it-then the shooting will stop, and it'll just become Carmaggedon-and I don't want that.
