NCAA 2K8 - The patch has fixed some issues
March Madness 08 - Some nice features but some blatent flaws
NHL 2K8 - Still gets a game or 2 a week
baseball 2K8 - I got this out again after reading about 2K9. This game still disappoints me - but is the only baseball game in town for the 360
NCAA Football 08 - I am playing on Heisman level and still see too many interceptions
Assassin's Creed - Played once and sold off and decided to rent it and play through again
Godfather - I was running out of ideas for game rentals and thought I would give it a shot. Just arrived yesterday and have not opened yet.
Oblivion - Well over 200 hours in and still have a few side quests left - including the free new module that came out late last year. Maybe every 2 weeks I will throw it in and play for 30 minutes
All Pro Football - Maybe a game a month

All PC, all the time:
NHL 08 -- I have about 20 games left in my 2007-08 Oilers' season, fighting for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference. I have this completely tricked out with all sorts of mods, including updated boards and ice surfaces for all 30 arenas, songs, arenas, jerseys, CBC scoreboard overlays and rosters. The most enjoyable hockey game I've ever played.
rFactor -- LOVE our Wednesday night DSP Poker Nights. The most versatile, well-rounded, enjoyable racing game ever on any platform. I enjoy offline races, too, even if the AI is a bit wobbly in some mods. It's hard not to love a racing game that continues to give you at least one or two quality, FREE tracks and car mods per week.
Richard Burns Rally -- I play this when I really want to test, er, torture myself. Only Grand Prix Legends matches the difficulty of this game. What a sim.
Vietcong -- JimmyDeicide turned me on to this. Wow, what a great FPS on the PC. It's buggy, but I can live with the insects to enjoy a game this intense. This game has caused more "jump out of my seat" moments than any other military FPS other than COD 4 because of the jungle locale. VC shooters appear from nowhere and everywhere. Plus fighting the VC in dark tunnels also is insane. A very, very underrated gem and a nice change of pace from the usual stable of WW II and modern combat shooters.
Monopoly 2008 -- Rodster turned me on to this. It's exactly like the board game version, except all monetary transactions are handled automatically, and pieces move automatically on the board after you roll the dice. You can set all sorts of house rules, including Free Parking. Very fun to play alone or with my kids, as I love Monopoly. I only wish it had online play.
Deer Hunter 2005 -- Still very fun online with a group of cool, proper hunters. I still get almost the same rush nailing a big buck that I did when I first played this game three months ago. A super-fun strategic chill-out online.
Take care,
PK

Rock Band - Play this about 3 times a week with my wife, brother, and best friend. Love it to death. DLC kills my wallet.
NHL 08 - 28 games into my Caps franchise. 10 minute periods with some altered sliders on All Star. I am 18-9-1, started 2-7 then found my groove after bringing up Bourque and Fleischmann. I am hitting a 3.18 GF per game, while allowing 2.25 a game. My Powerplay is a feared 20.6%, but my penalty kill is a dreaded 84.2%.
CH 2K8 - Just started a Maryland Terps dynasty after the patch came out. Loving this game. I am now 3-1 after a 75-72 loss to UCLA in Kansas City. Best part about it is the 6th man feature and the crowd legitimately going back and forth throughout the game on a neutral court. I played with SG Eric Hayes (ab strain), and now have to face a dangerous Mizzou team in the second round of the early season tourney.
FIFA 08 - Mostly online OTP with Zeppo and the guys. Have really come to love the game I didn't touch for a month and a half. Thinking about starting a manager mode with DC United or Man City.
Burnout Paradise - Flat out love the way this game is. Love the open driving, and Freeburn online is awesome.
NBA 2K8 - Playing about a game or two a week. Just a change up game for me so far.
NCAA 08 - Season 2 of my Navy dynasty. Liking this game a lot more after the patch. I totaled 7 team interceptions with default sliders except for Interceptions at 0, All American difficulty.
Madden 08 - Season 1 of my Ravens franchise, same sliders as NCAA. I am 8-2 (losses to the Jets [AAAAARRRRGHHH] and the Steelers. I am still 1st in the AFC North, but every game has been close.) Again, through 10 games I have 8 total interceptions, 4 of them came against Brady Quinn filling in for an injured Derek Anderson.
And still get a little CoD4 in.
PS3:
Uncharted
MLB 07 (while I wait for 08 to come out)
Fire Pro Wrestling Returns (easily the best wrestling game on the market, the edit packs are unbelievable)
