I started the Pirates Franchise on default AS using Pulse pitching and Analog batting. I got SMASHED in my first 2 games against the Phillies. After the 4th game I went into the batting practice to make a camera for hitting. On the 5th game I threw a 1 hitter with my 5th starter against the Dodgers....

Just played the beta for the last 2 hours and it was very fun. Started out with a friend of mine and went through up til level 8 where we unlocked the Blacksmithing. Was very fun and look forward to the final version.

my highlight of TPC Sawgrass was getting the mythical perfect/perfect swing on 16 with my wedge.

All the info "sounds" great but with EA the game can still turnout crappy. I get my enjoyment out of trying to take a 2 star program and make it a powerhouse.

With all this new news though not once did they mention anything about recruiting.

You can disable grids in the gameplay settings in game.

I play gridless in my career mode so going gridless for the daily's weekly's is no biggie for me. I could really care less on my finish in the events. Its just nice being part of an active OCC!!

I just crash and burned on my 3rd and 4th round of the weekly. It's also kind of discouraging to see a -23 as the leader after 3 rounds. No offense to Divot, JC and the 2 or 3 other Elite players but I was hoping for more realistic scores and a -30 tournament leader is not really what I had in mind...
