Looks OK to me, from an Auburn standpoint, though I'd rate Jason Campbell less than a 74 at QB and our RB tandem of Cadillac and Ronnie Brown higher than 83.

My whole thinking with early pits is that, once the field spreads out a bit, I'm pretty confident that I won't get hit, therefore won't need to fix any damage. Plus, there's the added benefit of not having to chase (or be chased by) a close rival. That kind of close driving is fertile ground for me ...

Oh, and nice job to JamesE for an astonishing 1:28 fastest lap. That's an insane time.

Good race, boys, one of the cleanest we've had so far. I had a s*** first few laps and fshguy benefited through some great driving. Later on in the race, I actually got by PK at one point, only for him to pass me up and leave me in the dust, after I jacked up a few turns. I was surprised when I got ...

You know what I like most about Kaz's avatar? The blank look in Aria Giovanni's eyes. There's nothing sexier than the dead-eyed, souless stare of a jaded porn star.

PK you may be right. However, I can't believe an experienced company like Codemasters would skip load testing on their online play. It just seems so obvious from a QA standpoint to test the servers at or approaching their limit. How else did they come up with the number of human racers they claim th...

I dropped by my local CC after hearing about this deal and picked up the following titles, all for $5: NHL2K3 ASB2003 XGRA (hoverbike racer and a sequel of sorts to the underrated Extreme G Racing) A lot of junk in the bargain bin too, and I was hoping to find Serious Sam for GC or Shenmue II but no...

Now, about Barrichello's pass... amazing in it's own right, but was he able to do it only because of Trulli's seeming lack of concentration/laziness at the end? Thinking that "good old nice Rubens" won't pass maybe? It's what makes Trulli so frustrating. The guy has always been one of my favorites ...

OT: What a French for Ferrari

This weekend's French GP might rank up there for the best performances I've ever seen by MS, Rubino and the rest of the Scuderia. Not only did MS turn in one of his best Robo-Schumi 9000 performances, cranking out furious hotlaps at will in order to make room for a near-unprecedented fourth pit stop...

Leebs, I just noticed your avatar. What do you think of the new Wilco CD? I'm waffling over whether or not to pick it up.

BTW, I joined BMG years ago and had no problem cancelling after they had the audacity to send me a f***in Michael Franks CD.

I never was one for the really nice strip clubs, I prefer them a bit skankier. That said, there's a couple to look for: the Doll House (one downtown and one north of the city) and the Taj Mahal (basically in Smyrna) that were favorites of mine back in the day. The Taj is much nicer but it was so clo...

Sorta. I whispered it but really, really excitedly so it came out louder than expected.

Saw the film this morning in a packed house that was so utterly into the film they were hissing and booing every time Dick Cheney came on screen. Hell, they were hissing the Coke ad that came on before the movie began. That's what you get for watching such a politically charged film in San Francisco...

One a side note, I do find it hypocritical that other games on this board get demonized when they do not live up to expectations but since some of the DSP posters worked on this game, there is not the same level of 'game bashing' from the usual suspects for this game. Excellent point. Any other gam...

I'll go ahead and say what several other people are thinking: This game is a piece of pure s***. It's Codies circa Colin McRae 3 and PRD 1 all over again.

Thank God it was only $20. In the form it was released in, however, I still feel cheated out of around 5-10 bucks.
