I just can't hit in MLB near as well as MVP - I strike out tons more in MLB than I have with MVP.

On MLB if the CPU is 2 strikes on you, be patient, the 3rd pitch is almost certainly a ball. Being patient is the key in this game.

I think the lower game prices are somewhat expected when consoles are nearing the end of their lifecycle. Thank goodness there's Blockbuster (and hopefully other chains to follow) where hopefully more gamers will try the games 1st like the poor ports by EA instead of forking $50 .

Pretty much what everyone thinks, just a mediocre game.

Patience, is the key in this game. If the CPU is 2 strikes on you, the next pitch is almost certainly a ball, so don't swing at it. As most people say, the catchers's view does make one judge the upcoming ball better too.

Based on the EB store in my area, the most (used games )up for re-sale are the EA titles including Tiger and surprisingly already Fifa. Mvp to follow?

The key in hitting in MLB is patience. If you do, you get your fair share of walks as well.

Hmmm, mid May with no updated rosters? That's unacceptable. We'll just have to wait for more comments on the gameplay. I was just hoping that with the delay they took, they would at least get the most updated rosters besides touching up on the gameplay dep't.
