Post your Baseball dynasty

I love reading about people's dynasties, doesn't matter which game you are playing. After settling on some sliders, I began my dynasty with the Cardinals 22 games ago. I just ended the first month of the season and I'm currently 10-12 in the last game of a 3 game series vs the Braves. I lost the fir...

I'm not the best hitter by any means, but you get to a point where you just "feel" it. I see that fat pitch and I press up while swinging. How many games have you played?

Na-Na...na na na na.... hey hey hey... good bye...

Doesn't matter to me, I had BC losing to Illinios anyway, but I'm glad for UW-Milw.. they beat two good teams.

and I'm still 18-24 on the season...6 games out of first. Somebody at OS has a dynasty writeup at dynastymanager.com and he's like 40-0 (I guess he's on rookie), but I wonder.. how much fun is that? I'm the Cardinals and each game is a battle. I really think the batter/pitcher interface is top notc...

Yes, Xbox here. The behind the pitcher camera angle is much harder to hit your spots with, I love the challenge. I also love the "center" view when batting (last year's default view). Like PK said, it gives you more time to see the pitch coming and with hitter's eye on, sometimes you can get a read ...

-- Hot-cold zones set to fade. In reality, pitchers know their opposition's tendencies in advance, so I think seeing the hot-cold zone once for a second or two every at-bat is realistic and helps you avoid throwing an unrealistic amount of meatballs. Excellent PK! Glad they are working for you. Con...

Don't sweat Jayhawker, he's been an anti-ea, anti-ootp, anti-any game that's good poster for a long time. His enless rants on the csipgs bore people to death and I see much hasn't changed. I can't wait until ootp comes out and Jayhawker starts his crusade against Markus.. that's always a good read....

I think it stemmed more from the piling on after Danimal's retarded post. Jayhawker how long is this going to go on? I'm not a big fan of Red Wings, so I get to tough it out (or rub it out) for a week. Having kids is like permanent PMS. At least when one is a 2yr old who sleeps between us on most n...

I have to admire you loyalty Parker, but there's no way in hell BC is going to be the National Champions. IF they happen to meet Illinios, it could get ugly for them. :P

Except that High Heat 2004 works might fine on my XP rig.
HH 2004 just didn't do anything for me.. the fun stopped at 2002.

I picked it up this morning and immediately had two freezes after I saved my fantasy draft. The soundtracks played but was just stuck on the schedule screen. After I rebooted the third time I discovered I had holes in the lineup after I made my callups. I then played 3 games succesfully. My first e...

I played about a handful of games with MVP 2004, but when I heard the positives coming out on day 1 - I picked 2005 up and I'm slowly approaching High Heat's man hours.

Using pretty much db's tweaks, I *think* these settings are about perfect for me. I also love the "variable stuff", played against the Rocket and he just didn't have it today.. that and I layed off some pitches for once. He even walked in a run with the bases loaded. Once Mulder got into his groove,...
