Finally gave in and picked up this game. Definitely a smoother gameplay experience than ESPN. For some reason, I just am not fluid at all at ESPN, while in Madden everything seems to be better for me (maybe it is familiarity). What amazes me is how different this game is from NCAA--almost night/day ...

I got Crimson Skies with my XBL Starter Kit, it has been a fun change of pace game. Fly around and shoot stuff, doesn't get much better than that.

Here's one thing with the ESPN playbooks that frustrates me: As the Colts, I can only find a couple two-TE formations (but they both have the same plays, just vary where the TEs lineup), which is a hallmark of the Tom Moore's Colts offense. The franchise issues frighten me. I'm waiting for an updated roster release before digging in to it, but that's where I'll spend the majority of my time with it. Maybe they'll patch it...sometime before the Pro Bowl.

The only time I know I can blame my suspension is at Texas where I need to work on my setup--my low riding, stiffly set ride bottoms out in one all the time.
