This morning on the ride to school, my 5 year old asked me for "the cookie monster music" which to him means Opeth. He normally requests Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers (which in his words is "my favourite piano songs"), but that CD didn't work this morning so he asked for Opeth LOL. Never though...

Well, I had another one (geez, what is this ... #6 or #7 I think) crap out on me last night. Every disc I put in would come up as "Unplayable Disc". It's out of warranty and I'm not about to give Microsoft any more of my money for these things. I actually managed to tear the thing apart this mornin...

That pedal plus and alarm sensor and mono stereo cable would make a very nice inexpensive, but probably quite reliable, replacement for the RB setup.

The kid was adorable, was having fun, and obviously can memorize. I enjoyed it.

I play heel up, as I do on my real kit. I like the RB guitar fret buttons better. I also like the higher fret buttons, fun for solos and easier for people with small hands.

GH3 guitar strum bar is much better though.

Question about getting better at the bass pedal: how do you practice getting your foot to move independently? I passed the Medium tour and am trying the Hard tour.
