Hey, it could happen. Visual Concepts has just been handed the MLB 2K franchise and given eight months to pump out a product.

Brinkman's "LinkedIn" profile lists him as working at Activision, so that much is true. I hope Take2 doesn't let us twist in the wind until December. A release or sorts about "who" is working on 2K9 would certainly ease some minds - depending on who is actually working on it!

I think GRID falls into the 'rental' category for me.
