Well, my take is that MS didn't deliberately create a shortage, but rather, when confronted with the option of releasing pre-Thanksgiving / Xmas shopping season with too-few units, or holding off until February for the release with a healthy number of units, they were 100% fine with the first optio...

Don't know if this has been posted yet, but make sure that the switch at the base of your HD AV cable (where it connects to the console) is switched to HD...makes a BIG difference! I was wondering why my picture looked fuzzy at first.

The best window for profit, IMO, is the weekend right after Thanksgiving.
