It doesn't appear that Amazon is offering a physical copy of this game as a pre order, thus, no 20% discount.

I see only a digital code offering at full price.

It is all or nothing, set the same for both teams.

You get a prompt before the game starts to have it on or off.

I have Windows 7 but initially it would not install for me neither.

My son installed it as Administrator in Windows XP service pack 3 compatibility mode. He is much more tech savy then me so I probably would not be able to answer any questions regarding this.
