Re: Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5
Noob question about digital games, which I'm hoping you guys will be able to help me with. If I buy a game from the Xbox store to play on my One X, can I just download it again (without paying for it again) if I upgrade to the Series X or my One X implodes and I need to replace it or whatever? Yes....

Re: Coronavirus Suggestions
The thing about COVID-19 is the unknown unknowns. The flu comparisons are facile because, as bad as the flu is, we have immunizations that can both limit its spread and minimize its intensity in those who get immunized. The idea that it only kills old or sick people is generally true...except when ...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
Djokovic looked down and out at the beginning of the fourth. He spoke of dehydration in his press conference. And also of being the No. 1 of all time. Rafa and Roger have shied away from placing importance on the issue of most grand slam title wins in history but Novak has now openly spoken of it as...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
Roger would be the first person to tell you that he was very lucky to make it into the semis. Groin issues and all, you could tell that he wasn’t playing his best tennis. Not one, not two, not three, but seven huge match points saved in his favor to completely turn the match into a thrilling five s...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
Kachanov-Kyrgios match was outstanding, just don’t know about Nike’s latest fashion though. The Aussie looked like a clown with those flashy shorts and the Russian was wearing nurse pyjamas. Kyrgios has all the tools to beat the top three, if only he took the game more seriously. Haha, agree on all...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
The tiebreak in the fifth set between John Millman and the great Federer was for the ages. Down 8-4, I thought The Aussie had all the momentum to close the match, he did beat the Swiss man before at the US Open, has heavy strokes and you could tell that Federer was never comfortable on the court. T...

Re: AO Tennis 2
AO Tennis 2 will release on January 9th, 2020 on consoles and PC. Control in the original AO Tennis felt better than Tennis World Tour but career mode was a bit lacking, hoping it will be improved in the next game. Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
Two amazing men's finals in a row. First Wimbledon and now this. I guess the most amazing thing about this one is that it seemed all over when Rafa broke first in the third, only to lose his serve and open the door to what was almost the greatest comeback in recent history. Incredible guts by Medved...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
Guess there must be some question marks about how Serena is going into Grand Slam finals. I only started watching from the second game of the second set but she looked nervy and erratic, no doubt due also to the merits of Andreescu. I think the statistics say Serena's lost her last four finals. I ca...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
Yep, Roger looked a step off the pace, even earlier on in the match, but Dimitrov played very well. He looks in great shape physically and I think that's going to give him an important edge against Medvedev, who's played a lot of tennis (very successfully) recently and at one point looked as if he m...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
It’ll be interesting to see how much this shoulder injury will bug Nole the next couple of matches. It’s the only thing that would prevent a Nadal finals in my opinion. Seems like it didn't affect him much against Kudla, but Wawrinka could prove an even bigger obstacle. He's had a fair bit of succe...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
A few early observations at the US Open. It’s been a bit of a struggle for R. Federer advancing. You look at his draw and you say he should cruise easily to the quarters, yet he’s struggling a bit. He lost last week in Cinci in the quarters to a very promising Russian player in Rublev who already u...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
There's also a big difference in on court demeanor. Yeah, maybe. Not something I really perceive. Maybe it's not that important to me, but I see all of them going about the job in a very serious way, with the odd negative and positive emotional manifestations, but nothing out of the ordinary. Someb...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
I don't think it's so much that people don't like Djokovic as the fact that Federer and Nadal are the subjects of what might even be described as disproportional adulation. The fact that Djokovic and, to a lesser extent, Murray arrived on the scene after Roger and Rafa's intense rivalry was already ...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
Very tough loss for Federer. Third time he's lost to Novak in majors after having two match points and third time he's lost to the Serb in the final of Wimbledon. Fed was arguably the better player throughout and Nole admitted in his press conference "I was on the back foot for most of the match" (m...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
My buddy and I were breathless. Especially during the last 10 minutes of the great match between Federer and Nadal. It was a battle despite the four sets without going the full distance. You don’t often hear the Swiss saying ‘I was exhausted’. He served very well and managed to time his backhand re...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
Seems like Djoko has a real easy side of the bracket. What happened, the #4 seed got upset early on? Way it may play out, the winner of Nadal/Federer may be too beat up by the time he faces Djoko. If it's a 5-setter with a tiebreak, he may as well not bother. Yeah, all the "big name players" on Djo...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
I pointed out last week that this is the tournament that Serena wants again badly after the top seeds were falling apart earlier, I see her going all the way unless Halep stops her cold. Friday is the day I’ll be watching yet another exciting semis between Rafa and Federer. I really think that the ...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
Wimbledon time and I guess the big match of the first week was the the confrontation between the controversial Nick Kyrgios and Rafa Nadal. No love lost between these two and the build up to the match was fraught to say the least. You only have to go to the official website and check out the press c...

Re: OT: Pro Tennis Thread
The first two sets were gruelling and Thiem is as strong as an ox but Rafa just ground him down. Thought Rafa was hitting his backhand great today and his serve, especially from the ad court, created a lot of openings. 12 Roland Garros and counting...frightening achievement.
